"Famous is excited to announce our collaboration with Laser 3.14 and Eddy Plu!
Laser 3.14 is the pseudonym for an anonymous graffiti artist, painter and poet in Amsterdam, who started making his first graffitis in the 80s. Eddy Plu is also the pseudonym for the anonymous Dutch artist from Amsterdam. He uses different mediums such as the famous bricks called LEGO® to convey his art to the public. Eddy Plu, known from sites such as BrickNerd and The Brothers Brick, previously published several Banksy (and other) street-art creations, all in limited editions. His work continues to be sought by collectors worldwide.
The newly released miniature sculptures by Laser 3.14 and Eddy Plu "Amsterdam Forever" & "Thought Crimes in Progress" are now available to purchase at Famous! The miniature mixed media sculptures are in a display box, released in an edition of 5, hand-signed by both artists and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. The dimensions are 4.6 x 5.5 x 10 cm.
Eddy Plu is a LEGO® Artist and his craft is combined with Laser’s poetry in the miniature sculptures. This 'visual poem' is handwritten by Laser 3.14, making each edition unique. The mini figurine was created by Eddy Plu from real LEGO®.
Laser's anonymity is symbolically maintained through the text 'It's Me' handwritten on the figurine's face where all characteristics have been removed. 'It's Me' is from an original photographic series by Marc de Groot."

Our rich and carefully curated collection of prints, paintings, photographs, books and collectibles is constantly growing with the hottest and craziest contemporary works.
